4better was born in November 2017. The goal was to share insightful articles on various topics, including leadership, communication, personal development, career, and lifestyle, enabling young men and women of Haitian descent to advance their careers, achieve their business aspirations, and live fulfilled lives.

Over the years, we charted a path that has brought us to where we are today. Our history is filled with great accomplishments, countless efforts, and a great deal of commitment. We are committed to promoting Millenials of Haitian descent and empowering, educating, and inspiring them through our exclusive interviews and personal improvement features.
