Change Your Habits, Change Your life

Change Your habits, Change Your life

Let’s face it, it is not easy to change our habits. If you’ve been doing something for a long time, it will take some time to change that routine or make some adjustments. Our habits derive from our behaviors. And our behaviors form our character. The human race is one special species that does not handle change very well. Thus, when it comes to changing behaviors or habits, we are obligated to change our attitude towards the very idea of change.

If we’re talking about being better in all that we do, it means we must ditch some of the old behaviors that are not helping us on our journey to becoming better in life.

Ultimately, we must change the way we do things if we want to change our lives. You want to get better results because you’re tired of your current outcomes, you are not satisfied with your current earnings.

Often times, we hear people complaining that no matter what they do they don’t experience any progress. Well if you’re not progressing, you might have to reshape your strategies.

My philosophy is simple in life. If one thing does not work, I’ll try something else.

Just like that, I changed my diplomacy career into a healthcare career. After my return to the states in 2014, it was quite difficult to land my dream job with my Diplomacy degree (some people ask me what a Diplomacy degree is …so please don’t ask because I won’t get into details).

The fact to the matter is that I couldn’t find a job that suited my academic background. So what did I do? I applied my own philosophy to reroute my career.

I did a quick evaluation of the job market and went to healthcare. This is just an example, my friend.

Not saying this is what you should do, but you know what you’re going through. You know how hard it is for you now. And it seems like you’re not doing the right thing.

Just change your habits. Modify your behaviors. Adjust the process. Do a bit of research and see what’s out there that can help you, and in the meantime, establish new practices so you can score big in your endeavors.

So what is it that you want to change? Is it the way you live? Is it your career? Is it a job? Is it your lifestyle? Or something else?

Are you ready to change the process for “better” results?

Alright, let’s start today!
