Master Your Time And Be Disciplined
I was reading an article recently that focused on the importance of every minute in our lives. It’s hard to believe that we each have 24 hours in a day, and yet we can’t find enough time to complete all the things that need to get done.
I’ve come up with a simple solution. If you can master your time than you will be disciplined –I’m sure you’ve heard that before. You will certainly find adequate time to realize all your ideas without pressure and rush. It’s as simple as scheduling your days, weeks, year, and future.
Although, you should know that the final scheduling is the hands of God. Hence, there is a minor planning that you can perform which will help you manage your time prudently and to become more discipline with the 24-hour Lord has blessed you with every day.
Time Management
This is not just an expression. It entails how you allocate every hour of your day. You cannot be organized with your doings if you don’t have a specific time to do everything. Otherwise, you will just be all over the place or you will never realize anything. A good friend and role-model asked me one day: What do you do in 24 hours that makes you so busy? I used to complain a lot. Complain about the fact the I don’t have to do everything I want to do. I suddenly realized that it’s not time that I don’t have. But rather, I just didn’t know how to schedule my time so I can accomplish my goals. Since I stop saying “I’m busy“. If you’ve been saying that, please don’t use this expression anymore because you do have time. You have 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. So yeah, you have enough time. You just don’t know how to schedule your time. The people who are always busy are those who are bad with time management.
Discipline
Those who are disciplined know there are times for everything in life. You have no discipline when you’re doing everything at once. You show no discipline when you’re doing things out of order. You just do things with no starting and ending point. That simply demonstrates your lack of discipline and order. But, when you sit down and make a schedule for yourself, and allocate time for each doing, then you are disciplined to achieve anything you want to without being “busy”.
Remember you’re not busy, you just keep planning and manage your time poorly. But it’s never too late to do the right thing. I encourage you to plan your 24-hour now and erase the word busy out of your vocabulary. This is how you get better. Are you following?
Alright!
