Your list for January is below!
Evaluate your net-worth. Do you know your net worth? We’re talking money here. How much you have saved and how much money you owe? It’s simple as that. To start of the first month of the year on the right foot financially, first thing first, assess your debts and savings.
Start exercising. Have you seen the commercials for gym memberships? $1 down and $10 a month. Oh please. It sounds good now! But, when you go for just one week and stop going for the next 51 weeks, then Houston we got a problem. Consider nature walking or easy-homes exercise movements you can do without paying a penny.
Face your fears. We all have certain things we’re afraid of. Whether it’s taking risks or go big with an idea, it’s just hard to reach the completion of anything simply because of fears that it won’t work. It’s time to be brave and use your skills and talent to reach your end-goal.
Believe and have faith. To believe is one thing, to have complete faith is another. Two diametrically opposes concepts. You could have faith that God will help you achieve your goals, but still don’t believe the plan ―you create to achieve that goal―will work.
Take bold steps. Some steps just aren’t bold and rooted. Firmed actions and phases will determine if you will get to the next level or not.
Engage in self-care. Last but not the least, consider taking some time for yourself every day. I repeat, every day. Yes, I know you are eager to work on your goals day and night. At the same time, you do need to refresh and reload from time to time so you don’t collapse.
Walk in 2018 with hopes, happiness, and smile because you have your January list down to help you along the way. Go get’em!
