There are so many things to be grateful for. From friends and family to the possibilities God placed on our paths, it’s worth it to live with a grateful attitude. This is how you can show gratitude this month.

Share a word. It might be a friend, a colleague, a family member, or even a stranger. Take some time this month to share a word of gratitude with them. You can send them a card or simply give them a phone call. Let them know you’re calling to express your appreciation. Don’t gossip or talk about how you hate your job. (Just saying). Stick to the subject in question here: GRATITUDE.

Give a shout out! My all-time favorite. Social media is one of the best ways to do that. But if you’re not on social media, send a text message. Acknowledge your gratitude towards that person or group of people who’ve been there for you.

Buy a gift. Yes, you can give a kind gift. It doesn’t have to be someone’s birthday to wish them great things or to buy those gifts. We’re not saying to spend your savings out there for everybody you know (nah). But you can definitely buy something nice and make sure you let them know this a kind gesture to show gratitude.

Out for Dinner! It could be breakfast, brunch, dinner, whatever you’re thinking it’s totally fine. Even that concert you know your friend has always wanted to go to, buy a ticket and take them to that show.

As always, make sure to always acknowledge your gratitude when you choose to apply any of the above activities or other events you and your crew would enjoy. It’s the mid-year folks, show GRA-TI-TU-DE.

Oh hey, I’m grateful for all of you. All the readers. All my supporters, and all of you who have been there with me through it all.
